Who are HERIZON planners designed for?

HERIZON planners are created for anyone who:

You do not need to be naturally organized to use HERIZON.

About Our Products

Are HERIZON products physical or digital?

All HERIZON products are digital. No physical product will be shipped.

Our Notion planners are delivered as templates that you can duplicate into your own Notion workspace and begin customizing.

What is included with my purchase?

Your purchase includes access to the Notion template described on the product page, along with any guides, instructions, bonuses or supporting resources specifically listed with that product.

Please review the individual product description before purchasing, as the contents may differ between products.

What is the 30-Day Life Reset?

What is the HERIZON Project Planner?

The Project Planner is a focused system for turning an idea into a clear, manageable project.

It helps you organize your project vision, phases, milestones, tasks, resources, decisions, meetings and progress in one connected workspace.

It can be used for personal goals, creative projects, business ideas, content launches, home transformations, study plans and other meaningful projects.

Is the Project Planner included with the 30-Day Life Reset?

The Project Planner is a separate premium product unless a bundle or product page specifically states that it is included.

Using the Notion Templates

Do I need a Notion account?

Yes. You will need a Notion account to duplicate and use the templates.

You can access Notion through a web browser or download the Notion application for desktop, tablet or mobile.

Do I need to be experienced with Notion?

No. Our planners are designed to be approachable even if you are new to Notion.

Each product includes clear starting guidance to help you duplicate the template, understand the main sections and begin using the system.

You do not need to understand advanced databases or formulas before starting.

How do I add the planner to my Notion account?

After opening the template link, select Duplicate in the upper-right corner of the Notion page.

Choose the workspace where you want to save it. Notion will then create your own editable copy.

Any information you add to your duplicated copy remains inside your personal Notion workspace.

Can I customize the planner?

Yes. Once duplicated, the planner becomes your own copy.

You can personalize names, categories, colors, habits, goals, tasks, dates and content to suit your life.

However, we recommend exploring the original structure before making significant changes so you understand how the connected sections work together.

Can I use the planner on my phone?

Yes. The planners are designed to be accessible from desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

The 30-Day Life Reset also includes a simplified mobile dashboard for quickly accessing your guided action, next task, quick capture, spending log and evening check-in.

For the initial setup and larger customizations, using a desktop or tablet will usually provide the easiest experience.

Will everything sync between my devices?

Notion normally syncs your workspace across devices when you are signed into the same account and have an internet connection.

Changes made on your computer should appear on your phone or tablet through your Notion account.

Can I use the template in dark mode?

The system can be opened while Notion is using light or dark mode. However, some covers, images and visual elements may have been designed primarily for the presentation shown on the product page.

Can I change the currency inside the Finance Hub?

Yes. You can customize the currency and financial categories in your duplicated template to reflect your location and preferences.

Starting the 30-Day Reset

Do I need to begin on a Monday or the first day of the month?

No. You can begin whenever you feel ready.

Day 1 can be any day. You do not need to wait for a Monday, a new month or a perfect moment.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing is ruined.

Pause when you need to, then continue with the next day when you are ready. You do not need to restart the entire journey or complete several days at once.

There is no catching up.

Do I have to complete every activity?

No. The system is designed to support your life—not control it.

Use the suggested reset action, choose the minimum version when needed and adapt the experience to your capacity.

One meaningful action is enough.

Do I have to use all five hubs?

No. Start with the hub that supports you most right now.

You can gradually explore the other areas as you become comfortable with the system. The planner is intentionally comprehensive, but it should never feel like another list of responsibilities.

How much time should I spend using the planner?

Your daily reset can be brief.

Some days, you may spend only a few minutes choosing your action and Reset Top 3. Other days, you may want to journal, plan or explore a hub more deeply.

The planner should save mental energy—not consume it.

Will this planner make me perfectly organized?

No planner can create results without your participation, and HERIZON is not built around perfection.

The system gives you structure, guidance and a clearer next step. Your experience will depend on how you personalize and use it.

The goal is not to become perfect. It is to make your life feel more intentional and manageable.

Orders and Delivery

How will I receive my purchase?

After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive access to the digital product and its instructions through the delivery method shown during checkout.

Please ensure that the email address used during checkout is correct.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

You should also confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.

If you still cannot locate your purchase, contact us through the store’s Contact page and include:

  • Your full name.

  • The email used during checkout.

  • Your order number.

  • The product you purchased.

We will help you locate your order.

My template link is not working. What should I do?

Make sure you are signed into your Notion account and try opening the link in a browser.

If the issue continues, contact us with your order details and a screenshot of the problem. We will help you access the product.

Can I download the template more than once?

After duplicating the template into your Notion workspace, your copy remains available inside that workspace.

Keep your original delivery email or access page in a safe place in case you need to return to the original template.

Licensing and Usage

Can I share the template with another person?

Your purchase is intended for your individual use unless the product page states otherwise.

Please do not share the template link, distribute copies, upload it publicly or allow others to duplicate it from your account.

Each person who wants to use the planner should purchase their own copy.

Can I resell or modify the template and sell it?

No.

You may customize the planner for your personal use, but you may not resell, redistribute, reproduce or commercially offer the original template or a modified version of it.

HERIZON’s written content, structure, databases, design elements and supporting materials remain protected intellectual property.

Can I use the planner for my business or studies?

Yes. You may use your personal copy to organize your own work, business activities, studies, goals or projects.

You may not distribute the template to clients, employees, students or other third parties unless a separate commercial or team license has been provided.

Refunds and Support

Can I return or exchange a digital product?

Because digital products are delivered immediately, refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy displayed on our store.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical problem, receive the wrong product or make a duplicate purchase, contact us through the Contact page. We will review the situation and help where possible.

Do you provide technical support?

Yes. If you have difficulty accessing or duplicating your purchased template, contact us through the store’s Contact page.

Please include your order details, the device you are using and a screenshot or description of the issue.

Support covers access and product-related technical problems. It does not include extensive personal customization or rebuilding the template after major structural changes.

Will I receive future updates?

Any updates or additional resources included with your purchase will be described on the relevant product page.

Because products and offers may differ, future additions should not be assumed unless they are explicitly included.

Is HERIZON affiliated with Notion?

No. HERIZON is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Notion.
